(1) With each purchase you will receive a delivery information sheet, and
a formal invoice.
(2) If your items get send to a destination outside the Schengen-area customs may be due. This is your responsiblity.
(3) You have to make sure that you are allowed to import the items you purchase.
I can not be held responsible for items held by customs.
(4) The purchase contract is valid when you complete checkout. You owe the whole sum from this
moment on.
(5) Should your purchase have been involuntarily, or contain false information, please contact me immediately. We can then
void the contract in mutual agreement. I will get back to you as soon as possible, at latest on the next working day.
(6) I send off your wares after I received your payment. If it reaches me Mo-Fr before 11.30 a.m.
your package will be send on the same day. Otherwise it will get shipped on the next workday.
Returns
(1) If you are dissatisfied with your product please contact me so that we can discuss the return of the
objet(s).
Generally I take back all my products, as long as you first contacted me before sending them back,
and send them to me according to my instructions.
(2) I will refund all of your costs, including shipment, if you have reason to be dissatisfied with
the quality of the product.
(3) If you want to give your item back for some other reason, I will refund the price of the product,
but not shipment costs.
